Councilmember o-k, a t�, o— moved passage of the Resolution and Councilmember seconded the motion. The motion carrying with it the approval of said Resolution was approved by the following vote: AYE: NAY: The Resolution so approved is as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to call a special election to be held in said City on the 14"' day of October, 2003, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified voters thereof the following proposition: YES - FOR THE ABOVE PROPOSITION NO - AGAINST THE ABOVE PROPOSITION SECTION 2. That such call for said election shall be by proclamation, signed by the Mayor of the City and attested by the Deputy City Clerk, setting forth the proposition to be voted upon and the hours of opening and closing of the polls. That the ballots shall set forth the proposition to be voted upon substantially as set out in Section I hereof, and that the returns of said election shall be made to and canvassed by the Tulsa County Election Board.
