Bailey Ranch Golf Club has not instituted a price increase since July of 1995. Since that time, Tulsa County courses and the Claremore public course have had three price increases, and the Tulsa City courses have had two. These increases have significantly enhanced the perceived value that our course offers. It is significant to note that Owasso residents can now play at Bailey Ranch on weekdays for less than the Tulsa County courses charge and roughly the same as the course at Claremore. Considering the increasing cost of doing business, as well as our debt service requirements, it is imperative to raise rates for the vast majority of our play. While raising the rates for the regular player, we intend to hold the line on Owasso Resident and Patron rates.
