DECEMBER 27, 1990
On Thursday, December 27, 1990 the Owasso City Council met in a
special session, called by Mayor Thompson, in the Conference
Room at City Hall per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda
posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 1:00 p.m. on Friday,
December 21, 1990.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. with Mayor Thompson
presiding.
ITEM 2: ROLL CALL.
PRESENT: Mark Thompson, Mayor
John P. Phillips, Vice Mayor
Jason P. Gittelman, Councilman
Von E. Stockler, Councilman
Patricia K. Marlar, Councilwoman
Rodney J. Ray, City Manager
Jane Buchanan, City Clerk
ABSENT: Ronald D. Cates, City Attorney
A quorum was declared present.
ITEM 3: REQUEST APPROVAL OF WARRANT LIST.
A motion was made by P. Marlar, seconded by J. Gittelman, to
approve the warrant as follows: Revenue Bond Project Fund
$1,529.49.
AYE: Marlar, Gittelman, Stockler, Phillips, Thompson
NAY: None
MOTION: Carried 5-0
Minutes were corrected. at the January 8, 1991 meeting to reflect
Rodney J. Ray, City Manager was absent from this meeting. jb

A motion was made by P. Marlar, seconded by J. Gittelman, to
adjourn.

MOTION: Carried 5-0
Meeting was adjourned at 10:01 a.m.
