NOVEMBER 27, 1990
On Tuesday, November 27, 1990 the Owasso City Council met in a
special session, called by Mayor Thompson, in the Council
Chambers at the Community Center per the Notice of Public Meeting
and Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, November 21, 1990.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 9:50 a.m. with Mayor Thompson
presiding.
ITEM 2: ROLL CALL.
PRESENT: Mark Thompson, Mayor
Jason P. Gittelman, Councilman
Von E. Stockler, Councilman
Patricia K. Marlar, Councilwoman
Rodney J. Ray, City Manager
Ronald D. Cates, City Attorney
Jane Buchanan, City Clerk
ABSENT: John P. Phillips, Vice Mayor
A quorum was declared present.
ITEM 3: RECEIVE AND DISCUSS REPORT FROM THE CHARTER REVIEW
COMMITTEE.
Mayor Thompson reviewed the report and discussion followed. No
action was taken.
ITEM 4: ADJOURN.
A motion was made by P. Marlar, seconded by V. Stockler, to
adjourn.
