SEPTEMBER 24, 1990
On Monday, September 24, 1990 the Owasso City Council met in a
special session, called by Mayor Thompson, in the Council
Chambers at the Community Center per the Notice of Public
Meeting and Agenda posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00
p.m. on Friday, September 21, 1990.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. with Mayor Thompson
presiding.
ITEM 2: ROLL CALL.
PRESENT: Mark Thompson, Mayor
John P. Phillips, Vice Mayor
Jason P. Gittelman, Councilman
Von E. Stockler, Councilman (arrived 5:03 p.m)
Patricia K. Marlar, Councilwoman
Rodney J. Ray, City Manager
Jane Buchanan, City Clerk
ABSENT: Ronald D. Cates, City Attorney
A quorum was declared present.
The following agenda items were discussed by Councilmembers and
staff. No action was taken on any of the items:
ITEM 3: PRESENTATION OF STAFF REPORT RELATING TO MAIN STREET
RENOVATION PROJECT AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION OF REPORT.
ITEM 4: GENERAL DISCUSSION RELATING TO THE PRIORITIZATION OF
CITY PROJECTS AND STAFF PRESENTATION OF PRELIMINARY
SCHEDULING CHARTS.
ITEM 5: STAFF REPORT RELATING TO A REQUESTED ACTION FOR SAFETY
ENHANCEMENT OF CITY DRAINAGE STRUCTURE (DITCH) LOCATED
ON SOUTH MAIN STREET FROM 3RD AVENUE SOUTH TO CITY
OWNED PROPERTY.
Mr. Stockler left at 6:15 p.m.

adjourn.
