AUGUST 27, 1990
On Monday, August 27, 1990 the Owasso City Council met in a
special session, called by Mayor Thompson, in the Conference
Room at City Hall per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda
posted on the City Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on Friday,
August 24, 1990.
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. with Mayor Thompson
presiding.
ITEM 2: ROLL CALL.
PRESENT: Mark Thompson, Mayor
John P. Phillips, Vice Mayor
Jason P. Gittelman, Councilman
Von E. Stockier, Councilman
Patricia K. Marlar, Councilwoman (Arrived 4:35 p.m.)
Rodney J. Ray, City Manager
Ronald D. Cates, City Attorney
Jane Buchanan, City Clerk
ABSENT: - None
A quorum was declared present.
The following agenda items were discussed by Councilmembers and
staff. No action was taken on any of the items:
ITEM 3: REPORT TO THE COUNCIL RELATING TO THE STATUS OF
BUILDING PERMITS REQUESTED FOR HOMES TO BE CONSTRUCTED
IN COPPER MEADOWS II.
ITEM 4:_ PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF LISTS OF PROJECTS IN
PROGRESS TO INCLUDE A STATUS REPORT OF MAJOR PROJECTS
AND ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. IT IS REQUESTED
THAT A REVIEW OF PROJECT PRIORITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED
DURING THIS DISCUSSION.
ITEM 5: PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF "WIRELESS CABLE
TELEVISION" CONCEPT.

Ms. Marlar and Mr. Cates left at 6:30 p.m.
ITEM 12: ADJOURN.
A motion was made by J. Gittelman, seconded by V. Stockler, to
adjourn. ~ .

NAY: None
MOTION: Carried 3-0
Meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
