The property has been zoned AG in the county:
le Must meet the requirements of Waste Management,
2m Must meet, the .requirements of the fire Marshall (provide and install
fire hydrant),
3. Must meet the requirements of the Owasso Public Works Authority,
(a) Provide easements from subject property to city main.,
Must be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer and
must be filed of record,
(b) Extend existing City Mainz to the property,
After discussion, a motion was .made by E. Henry, seconded by S. Butler, to
recommend to the City Council to approve the annexation. subject to the
following conditions:
(1) Must have all TAC requirements completed before petitioning the City
Council with annexation request.
(2) Must bear all costs involved with meeting
requirements
(3) Zoning ng t o remain AG,

Chairman Haynes stated that the Commission is still one member short, and
if any members ]lave a. suggested interested person their name should be
submitted to either the City Clerk or a. Counc:i_lnember for consideration,
City Planner J o Dunlap stated that a resolution is now under consideration
