On Thursday, July 319 1986 the Owasso Planning Commission met
in a special session called by Chairman Haynes at City Hall
per the Notice of Public Hearing and Agenda posted on City
Hall bulletin board at 8:30 a.m. on July 29, 1986.

Meeting was called to order at 6002 p.m. with Chairman
Haynes presiding,
