met in a regular session in the City Council_ Chambers at
the Community Center per the Notice of Public Hearing and
Agenda posted on City Hall bulletin board at 2000 p.m
on June 12, 1986<

Staff stated that basically the City Council is asking
the Planning Commission to review the land use to see if
iL is compatabl.e with surrounding areas and to review the
zoning to see if it also would be compatable to city
zoning in the area, The Council is asking the Commiss� ion
