On Thursday, April 16, 1987 the Owasso Planning Commission
met in a regular, session in the Conference Room at City Hall
per the Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda posted on the City
Hall bulletin board at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 19870
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. with Chairman
Haynes presiding.

The applicants representing Central_ Baptist Church were Mr. Perry
Parker and Mr. Bob Atwood were present,
Chairman Haynes reviewed the case.

Staff gave the following T.A.C. evaluation:
The Owasso Technical Advisory Committee met at 2 :00 p.m. on April
8, 1987 and had the following comments on Central Baptist Church's
site plan located at 109 North Birch:
1. Must meet the requirements of OX.G.
A. Steps must be out of easement.
B. Overhang must be out of easement.
After discussion, a motion was made by M. Day, seconded by E. Henry,
to approve the Site Plan Review as requested subject to the T.A.C.
requirements

SUBDIVISION REVIEW
ITEM 7: Elm Creels Estates First Addition - Blocks 42 thru 46 (2914) _
Elm Creep, Incorporated. The Addition is a 36009 acre tract
located in the NE /4 of Section 29-- 21 -14. The general locat-
ion is the west side of 129th E. Ave. at 84th Street North.
The request is for Conditional sFinal Approval.°
The Applicant was represented by Mr. Jeff_ 'Tuttle, Tuttle & Assoc.,
the engineer for the subdivision.
Chairman Haynes reviewed the case
Staff gave the following report;:
The Owasso 'Technical Advisory Committee met at 2:00 p.m,
on February 11, 1987 and reviewed the preliminary plat on this
subdivision, Their comments were transmitted to the Planning Com-
mission for their review at the February 19, 1987 meeting. The
applicant has submitted the Conditional Final Plat. The plat is
being sent to the T.A.C. for their review. Staff: stated the T.A.C,
report was received by his office and they request the attached
Subdivision Checklist be complied with. (Note: attached to the
minutes as Exhibit B. jb)
After discussion, a motion yea;:, made by M. Day, seconded by E. Henry,
to approve the Conditional Final subject to the Subdivision Checklist.
