View Estates, WCA several residents of that developmont wer�:,
present. Mr. Shay.., who represented the group, spoke against the
RS-3 zoning stating that they felt the RS -8 of size would he inucia
smaller than the lots under development in Pleasant View and would
not be an enhanne men t to Pleasant View. Pleasant View Estates is
surrouncind on three sides by the tracts in question for rezon
M-r, Vincent also spoke against approving the zoning change

rezone the three tracts at larnd from AG (Agricultural) to JAW-2
(Residential Single-Family Medium Density District). Motion was
