MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING

Hall, 207 S, Cedar, on January 30, 1989.
1� CALL ',('0 0[tj,DER - Chairman Ray Haynes called the meeting to
order at 7:00 P.M,
2. ROLL CALL, - (diairman Haynes declared a q"orum present.
3, MINUTES OF jANUARY 26, 1989 - The Commission reviewed the
minutes of January 26, 1989. Charles Willey moved, seconded by
Pat Imbriano, to approve those minutes as written. A vote on the
motion was recorded as follows,

SUBDIVISION REVIEW
4. Recommendation on the approval of the final plat of tho
Hillcrest Medical Park, located South of the Southwest Corner of
9Rth fit. 14. and 120th E. Ave,
C,". flaynes introduced the item. Jerry Emanuel, the
subdivision engineer of Sisemore, Sack, & Sisemore dincussed the
plat with the Commission. Riebard Hall discussed the
list of Technion! Advisory Committee and Staff Recommendations:
-T- Utility easements shall meet the approval of the utility
companies. will be required, particularly if
underground facility is planned. Show additional easements
required.

SUBSTANTIAL VEGETATION OR RESTRICTIVE STRUCTURES, OTnER THAN
UTILITY APPURTENANCES, SHALL BE PLACED OR MAINTAINED WITHIN A
UTILITY EASEMENT. THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAfR
AND REPLACEMENT OF ANY LANDSCAPING AND PAVING LOCATED WITHIN THE
UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE EVENT IT IS NECESSARY TO REPAIR ANY
UNDERGROUND WATER OR SEWER MAINS, ELECTRIC, NATURAL GAS,

Willey to approved the final plat of the Hillerest Medical Park
subject to the above conditions recommended by the T,A,Q and
Staff A vote on the motion was recorded as followsz
