explailled the easemenb closing request. Larry S:um kowiak of
Scrivner, Inc. spoke for the request and answered questions Of
the COMMISAOD. Motion was made by Pat imbriano and seconded by
Charles Willio to recommend that a new 10 foot wide public ease--
ment be dedicated within the exclusive Public Service Company
easement and that the existing 15 foot wide Public easement be
closed as requested by the applicant on Lot One (1) of Block One
t ) of hh Clark I'Vasn, Fourth addition to Owasso. A vote on the
