The applicant has reAluested closing the south 50' of the west 17.5% and the south 17.5' of the cast 32.5' of the west 50' of the utility easement located in the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1. of Owasso C oin.rnercial Center. They are requesting this to allow for the expansion of the Quik `=I'rkp paring area and to add additional parking spaces for the store. The easement currently does not contain any utilities. If the easement is closff.1, the appl.icarit will have to parry out legal action to foreclose on the City's right to reopen the easement. This process is handled through the District Court and is handled as a "friendly" ease. Charles Willey moved, seconded by Clary `dells, to recommend the closing of this easement.
