Staff is proposing two alternatives to what Owasso Manning Conmiissi®n Minutes of October 10, 1995 Page Noe 2 the applicant is requesting, The first alternative would be to reduce the extreme southeast corner to Off, (Office Light) zoning. This would eliminate any conflict between commercial and residential uses by means of a buffer zoning and development, Me second alternative would come straight southward from the north/south. boundary as it is found at E. 86th Street North. 'This would. also eliminate any conflict between commercial and residential uses by means of a buffer and provide an adequate area for OI_, development, The second alternative is preferred by the staff, but will be comfortable with either one. Mr. Charles Norman, the attorney working on this project for Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, prefers the first alternative (Exhibit A). It would make a better boundary line, that corner would probably be used for parking or left open. The second alternative; (Exhibit B) would move OI., on the other side of the drainage area and there would be very little use for that portion of land. Following staff's presentation., Ray Haynes moved, seconded by Charles Willey, to approve Exhibit A.
