The applicant is requesting a lot tieing agreement in order to allow for the construction ctio of one single-family residence on the two lots in question. It is necessary for the applicant to enter into a lot - tieing agreement in order to build the residence on the center portion of the two lots. There were no comments from the `technical Advisory Committee, Staff recommends approval of the proposed site plan as presented with the conditi ®n of a pre - construction meeting with city personnel prior t® obtaining the building permit.
