Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 4o Preliminary Plat ® Central Parr 11 -- A request to review a preliminary plat for Central Parr 11, an addition to the City of Owasso located immediately south of Central Parr and east of Iakeridgeo Said addition to contain 96 single-family residential lots zoned RS- -3 (Residential ,Single- Family High Tensity) on 41,56 acres, more or less, The Chair introduced the case and the staff review was given by Mr, Rooney. The Technical Advisory Committee reviewed the preliminary plat at their January 2, 1997 meeting. ,Several requests for addition utility easements were made by the utility companies. Concerns regarding the "intersection" at the northwest portion of the plat, not meeting the minimum distance for streets to be offset, were discussed by the Commission. Yes Bill Ellison a Yes Charles Willey - Yes Dewey Brown - Ye s The motion carried 5 -0. 5 Annexatiopl, bequest_ _Owasso First .__Assembly ..otGod A request for annexation of an 8.90 acre parcel of land on which the Owasso First Assembly of (Jod Church is located. The subject property is located south of the southeast corner of E. 96t[i. Street North and 129th 1,.. Ave. The Clair introduced the case, and the .staff review was given by Mr. Rooney, 'fire subject property is described as Lot One. (1), Block One (1) and is currently zoned ACS. The Technical Advisory Committee reviewed this request and there was no comments of opposition. Also, the Annexation Committee reviewed the request at their special meeting on January 9, 1997 and approved the request. Charles -Tilley summarized some of the comments that were made at the Annexation Committee meeting regarding the Fire Department's concerns, Following discussion, Jerry Cole moved to approve the annexation request, Ray Haynes seconded. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows Ray Haynes - Yes Jerry Cole - Yes Bill Ellison Yes Charles Willey - Yes Dewey Brown - Yes The motion carried 5 -0. 6. Right -of- Jay Closing - Section 6, T21N, 1214E - A request for a closing of dedicated right -of -way located north and west of the northwest corner of E. 116th Street North and Garnett Road. The right -of -way to be closed exists on paper only and is located within a portion of the planned Country Estates 11 addition, The Chair introduced the case and the staff review was given by Mr. Rooney. No concerns regarding this request were expressed at the Technical Advisory Committee meeting. Staff recominiends approval of this request. Charles Willey moved to approve the right -of -way, Dewey Brown seconded, A vote on the motion was recorded as follows; Ray Haynes _.
