is roll was called and a quorum was declared present.
3m Chairman Hinkle noted changes in item 3 of the minutes to reflect approv-
ing the September 15 minutes with Co Phillips moving approval.
G. Phillips moved approval of the minutes of October 209 1983 meeting as
amended. Pa Haynes seconded the motions
Aye: Hinkle, Phillips, Haynes and Larkin.
Nay: None.
Motion carried 4-0-0.
LOT SPLIT REVIEW
v OLS -42 Lawrence Rame
Staff related that this lot split was approved under the "prior approval''
lot split ordinance and was before the commission for ratification. They
applicant was not present.
R. Haynes moved approval of OLS -42. P. Larkin seconded the motion.
Aye: Larkin, Haynes, Hinkle and Phillips.
Nay: None.
Motion carried 4-0-0.
SITE PLAN REVIEW
5, BraUIMS Ice Cream Site Plan
The applicant was not present to explain his request,. Commissioners
decided to table any action on this item until such time as the applicant
completes the review procedure
COOP REVIEW
6. Owasso_Zoninq Code
Commissioners reviewed chapters 19 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of the proposed
revisions to the Owasso Zoning Code and discussed several amendments. They
decided to review chapters 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 16 at the December meeting
and complete their review at the January meeting to forward to the City
Council,

There being no further business to consider, G. Phillips moved -to adjourn
the meeting with P. Larkin seconding the motion.
Aye: Larkin, Phillips, Hinkle and Haynes.
Nay: None.
