Roll was called and a quorum was declared present, 3. twee Phillips moved approval of the minutes of the July 21, 1983 meeting as written. Pm parkin seconded the motion. Aye: Phillips, Markin Nay: None. Motion carried 3-0-0. o. 4. OLS -38 and OLS-39 and Hinkle LOT SLIT REVIEW Staff reviewed two lot splits that were approved and signed by the chairman in accord with the recently passed ordinance allowing "prior approval" of .lot split; that meet zoning code requirements. He said a sewer easement was being drawn up and would he dedicated® He presented a revised site plan showing handicap- ped parking spaces relocated closer to the building and a detailed drawing or the trash enclosure. Lakeridge Terrace phase Ii Staff presented he case history and the TAC comments: The TAC: had the following commens regarding the amended preliminary plat of Lakeridge Terrace, Second Addition'. 1. Include the drainage area at the southwest corner in this plat., 2.. Put right-of-way dimensions on both section lines, 3.. Add dimensions an i.NAs and access point; an Lot; 7 and 12, Block 3. 4. Change 85th h S i c?cet North to 86th St;Y'i'-'et North, 5. C1`iGtiige street names per city `,t anda €`°ds. 6. Complete location map, 1 Dimension drainage easements,, 8. Commissioners discussed the TAC comments with Bob Pruitt, engineer for the applicant. Staff related that #14 had been amended In subsequent conversations with the applicants to allowing one access to be located as liar nest on 86th in Lot 7 as possible. Commissioners recommended renumbering Lent 7, [dock 2 and any other lots that had confusing number - ing. They also discussed adding the drainage area to this plat or to the phase one plat. Po Larkin moved approval of the preliminary plat subject to completion of the TAC requirements and these added requirements Z7B Renumber Lot 7, Block 3 and any other confusing lot numbers. 18. Mrs. Hinkle volunteered 1::o contact one or more of these people 4::o determine if they would agree to be nominated by the Planning Comm ss on to the City Counc i l as a replace- ment member. the Commission directed her to do so and to pass that recommendation an to the City L,ounc i 1 P. Motion carried 3 -0-0, The commissioners directed the chair to send a le't'ter of appreciation to lira Sadler and to contact Ms. Rayburn prior to submitting her name to the City Council as an Owasso Planning Commission appointment:, OWASSO PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES August 23, 1983 Page 4 There being no further business to consider, P.
