Motion carried 3 -0-0d EASEMENT VACATION RLVfEW 4.. Vacation of Utility Easement Staff presented the case history and they staff evaluation: The applicant requests vacation of a portion 3F the 151 utility easement that runs along the northerly boundary of Lot; 15, Block 1. Additional k:`aseme €2t should be considered along the southerly boundary of Lot 1, Block 1, Three Lakes III. when it is reviewed for final plat to (f?[;Ip('nsate for the loss of easement space,, Owasso Planning Commission Minutes February 10, 1 983 Page 2 Mike Taylor, representing the applicant, presented a site plan of the property and explained why the house and driveway were built partially over the easement. He stated that the house on the abutting Lot 14 had been built over the lot line necessitating a lot split. When the house on hot 15 was built, measurements were taken from the wrong pin. Also, the 15' utility easement was not taken into account in measurements, Commissioners discussed the existing utility lines and how the two lines under the house would he relocated. They also discussed requiring a larger easement along the southerly boundary of Lot 1, Block 1, Three Lakes III that abuts the subject lot when they review the 'Final plat. Pm Larkin moved to recommend approval of vacating the portion of the 15' utility easements; on Lot 15, Block 1, .Three Lakes 11 as shown on the submitted site plan subject to the ..l_.AC requirements stated above..
