Jerry Emanuel, representing the applicant, explained the revised site
plan saying the property was under new ownership, The total number of
units in the site plan remained the same, but they had made some
changes in design. He pointed out modifications to the site plan made
from the TAG recommendations including a tot lot located in the
northeast corner rather than near the pool, Commissioners discussed
the site plan and noted the requirement to place an opaque screening
fence along the north and east sides of the property.
Po Larkin moved apporval of the amended site plan as presented, sub-
ject to completion of the TAC requirements and a screening fence along
the north and east sides of the property. G. Phillips seconded the
motion.

Bland Pittman, representing the applicant, discussed the 2iri`!!ended plat
and described the proposed public park at the northeast corner which
would incorporate the small pond and a portion of the PSQ easement.
Commissioners discussed the plat, drainage, existing and potential
points of access to the subdivision and hors street medians would be
developed.
