4. Update to the Comprehensive Plan Ma
Commissioners discussed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan with members
of the audience. Frank Ensbrenner and Al Anderson discussed proposals
for industrial sites„ City Manager Dan Galloway, Mayor Boyd Spencer and
former OPC Chairman Marilyn Hinkle also discussed several i
