COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
5. Update to the Comprehensive Plan Map
Commissioners held a worksession to discuss proposed updates to the
Comprehensive Plan map.: This item was continued for additional discussion
until the neat meeting,
ANNUAL MEETING

The chairman opened the floor for nominations to elect a Chair, Vice-Chair
and Secretary for new two year terms,

M. Day* Komi hated Marilyn Hinkle as Chairman and R, Haynes seconded the motion,
R. Haynes moved that nominations cease.:
Aye: Day, Haynes, Larkin and Wood,
Nay: None.
Abstain: Hinkle,
Motion carried 4.,0...,1 to elect: Marilyn Hinkle as Chairman,
Vice-Chairman

Votes for Haynes: Day, Larkin Wood and Hinkle

Motion carried to elect Ray Haynes as Vice -- Chairman

AP New and General Business
Commission members discussed the importance of strictly enforcing the
ordinances and regulations of the city, especially in regard to building and
zoning regulations. They stressed that they wished the City Council to feel
that enforcement of the regulations was a high priority, Ko Mood moved to

recommend that the City Council reaffirm and support more stringent
enforcement of building and zoning codes and regulations, P,, Larkin
seconded the motion,
Aye: Wood, Lark-in, Day, Hinkle and Haynes,
Nay: None,
Motion carried 5-0-0,
'The Commission infornally agreed, to write a memo to the Council, sign it,
and present it regarding this subject,
There being no -further business to consider, P,,. Larkin moved to adjourn the
meeting with M., Day seconding the motion,
Aye: Haynes, Wood, Larkin, Day and Hinkle,
Nay: None,,
Motion carried 5-0-0,
