1. Secretary, P. Larkin called the meetino, to order at 7:50 p,m.;
20 roll was called. Larkin determined -there was no quorum present and stated
that all agenda items would be discussed at the next repular meetina.
Members present discussed informally the annexation application of Sokolosky
and Williams with Mr. Sokolosky and his engineer, Bill Williams. The two
members present gave positive comments regarding the proposed annexation.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:05 p,m,
