Haynes reviewed the case, Staff stated that the Owasso Technical Advisory Committee met at 2:00 p=, on October 9, 1985 and had the following comments for Star St. Aidan's Manor located in an RM-1 district: 1) UtilJ�ty easements shall meet the approval of the utility companies _ and water and sewer department. Dunlap skated that the use proposed for the RM -1 zoned tract: being platted as Star -St. Aidan's Manor is classified as Use Unit 5 in the City of Owasso's zoning code, For such a use to be permitted in an RM -1 district requires a Special Exception from the Owasso Board of Adjustment, Adrian Smith, agent for the applicant presented his case,. After discussion, B. Buffington moved to recommend approval of the preliminary /conditional final plat subject to the following conditions: l.)
