1. Chairman R. Haynes called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. Roll was called and a quorum was declared present,
3. ER Henry moved approval of the minutes of August 15, 1985 as written, B.
Buffington seconded the motion.
Aye: Henry, Buffington, Day and Haynes,,
Nay: None
Motion carried 4-0 -0,

Chairman R. Haynes reviewed the case,,
Staff stafirer_# thai.. the Technical Advisory Committee had no objections to
the proposed lot split,
Norman Hinkle, one of the applicants presented his case,
After discussion, E„ Henry moved to approve the request, M,, Day seconded
the motion,

Chairman R. Haynes reviewed the case,
Staff seated that the applicant had made changes recommended by the Techni-
cal Advisory Committee and recommended the following condition:

1. The plat must comply with the requirements of the City of
OwassoR
Dale Williams, the applicant presented his case.
After discussion, M. Day moved to recommend approval of the request subject
to the following condition:
1„ The plat musty comply with the requirements or the City of
Owasso,

Motion carried 5 -0 -0.
Dunlap advised the applicant that he must provide eight additional copies
of the plat for the City Council meeting,,

Staff reviewed the case and the Technical Advisory Committee evaluation:
The Technical Advisory Committee had the following comments
regarding approval of the site plan for Knightsbridge site plan :.
1. Place one -fire hydrant: an the east side of the property and
one fire hydrant in the rear, on the west side of the
property,
2. Provide screening wall or fence between this tract t and the
abutting R district to the north,
3. Comply with the requirements of the City of Owasso
Rex ftouis, Marl; Thomas and Dale Williams presented their case, They stated
that the only requirement; they disagreed with was the need for two fire
hydrants and they would agree to put one in,
O. t.uge, Fire Marshal, stated that two hydrants were needed to adequately
serve the site, He discussed the following:

There was a general discussion of the existing plugs, water pressure and
the fire protection for the areas,

There bung no further business to consider, M. Day moved to adjourn the
meeting with Es Henry seconding the motion
