WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AS WELL AS THE
WASTE WATER COLLECTION SYSTEIV[ OF THE

THE TRUSTEES OF THE OWASSO PUBLIC WORKS

The connection fees for connection to the Owasso Public Works Authority Water
Distribution System and Waste Water Collection System be and same hereby are set in the
amounts as set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto such being made a part hereof

Due to the nature of installations, additional work and associated costs may be
necessary to perform the installation. Should .additional costs for such items as
pavement saw cutting, removal and disposal; curb and gutter saw cutting,
removal and disposal; and boring and casing be required, a separate charge will
be determined based on the most current meter installation bid unit prices at the
time of the request for installation. The separate charge will be invoiced by the

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF AN ANNU-
AL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE OWASSO PUBLIC WORKS
AUTHORITY; CLASSIFYING REVENUES; ESTABLISHING LEVELS
OF EXPENDITURES BY CLASSIFICATION AS PROVIDED BY
STATUTE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS:
