1. Vice Chair, L. George called the meeting to order at,
2� 7:38 p.m,, roll was called and a quorum was declared present.
3� M. Hinkle moved to approve the Minutes of February 21, 1980 as
written, J. Simmons seconded the motion,
Aye: Mn Hinkle, L. George and J. Simmons.
Nay: None
Motion carried 3-0-0.
LOT SPLIT REVIEW
4. OLS-20 Bill Lewis
Staff explained that this lot split request had been reinstated and that
the subdivision plat for this property had been withdrawn, After consi-
derable discussion, M. Hinkle moved to continue action on OLS-20 as
minimum requirements had not been met. J. Simmons seconded the motion.

Nay: None
Motion carried 3-0-0.
The commission also recommended that a preliminary plat be filed on the
property as soon as possible.
SUBDIVISION REVIEW
5. Owasso Office Park - Preliminary Plat
The applicant's engineer requested that action on this item be continued
until the April 179 1980 meeting. L. George moved to continue Owasso
Office Park Preliminary Plat to April 179 1980. J. Simmons seconded the
motion.

Nay: None

There being no further business to consider for the evening, K George
moved to adjourn. M. Hinkle seconded the motion.
