Dean called the meeting to order at 7:30, called the roll, and declared that a quorum was not present. Dean indicated to Commissioners and the public that the public hearing can zoning case OZ -38 would be continued to a special meeting of the Owasso Planning Commission can Thursday, August 3, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. at the Owasso City Hall and would be heard in public hearing before the Owasso City Council can Tuesday, August 15, 1978, at the Owasso Cit..y Hall..
