roll and declared that a quorum was present,
3. The Minutes of the February 23, 1978, Owasso Citizens Committee were read
and approved on a motion by Robinson, seconded by De =an., and a 3 -0 vote for

C Community Facilities and Utilities Basic Study No. f - Part. :61 was the item
of discussion, Carr made sure everyone had a copy of the report. Committee

was seconded by Robinson, and a 3-0 vote for approval for adjournment was
