The meeting was called to order at 7040 p=, by Chairman Grimmetto

The minutes of the May 19, 1977, meeting were approved by a motion of Robinson,
and a second by Doan with a unanimous vote,
ZONING PUBIC HEARING
OZ-32 Harold Burlinganne - Southwest corner: of Garnett and 116th Street North
(AG to CG)
Stan. Ewing presented the case report. After discussion wit.h. the applicant, they
Staff presented a recommendation of approval. With a motion by Robinson and a

SUBDIVISIONS
Elm. Creek Est. 1-9 -The Staff presented the recommended conditions for approval
of this preliminary plat. After discussion, Robinson. moved to approve subject

Elm Creek Estates 12-15- The Staff presented the recommended conditions for
approval of this preliminary plat. After discussion Robinson moved to approve

approval, After discussion Mowery moved for approval, of this preliminary plat,
Robinson second with the motion passing unanimously,
Three tales Industrial Park -The Staff presented the recommended conditions
for approval of this preliminary and conditional final plat, After discussion
a motion by Robinson and a second by Dean carried unanimously,
LOT -SPLIT
O:C, -7 Ernest Nl.I1er - The Staff presented the application and recommended approval
subject to release by the utility companies. Doan moved to approve the lot -split
with said condition followed by a second from Mowery, The motion carried unan:i-

ZONING REFERRAL
ZW5001 W Knlgge - SEA 121st St, North and Garnett (AG to CS) the Staff
presented the case report, The attorney for the applicant was present (Larry
Fergason) to discuss the application. After discussion Robinson moved to
recommend denial with a second by Dean. The motion carried unanimously,
SITE PLAN REVIEW
_0Q Co - SW /c 116th St. North and Garnett. The Staff presented the site plan
and recommended approval subject to the East edge being 160' from the center ling
of Garnett and that it be centered in the parking isle. Robinson recommended
approval subject to those conditions, A second was made by Mowery which passed
unanimously
DISCUSSION ITEMS
Mr. a Hopkins was present to discuss the rezoning of the vacant mobile home park
south of town. Grimmett indicated to him that the rezoning applic°at:ion. had not
been filed to date e and it would be bests to discuss the matter ter as part of the
formal public bearing process. Mr. Hopkins agreed to return at that time to
discuss it. Following this discussion, the Staff updated the Planning Commission
regarding the rezoning matter and the problems that the City of Owasso has safe -
guarding flood plain development, The Planning Commission upon a motion by Dean
and a second by Mowery agreed that appropriate action should be taken by the City
to safeguard the areas and insure the safety of future occupants, The motion
carried unanimously,
There being no further business, Dean made a mot °Leon to adjourn with a second by
Mowery, The motion. passed unanimously,
