Stan Ewing, TMAPC Pam Holt, Secretary John Dean Tom Griixmett Acting Chairman Bill Moore called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and declared a quorum Present. Minutes On Motion of Holt., the Planning Commission voted to approve the Minutes of July 15, 1976, Seconded by Grommet t, vote was 4-0. Both votes were 4-0. OWASSO PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Pa ge 2 ANNEXATION RKgUESTS Jack Avant - 5 acres immediately west of Wal-Mart A motion was made by Holt and seconded by Grimmett to recommend approval, of this annexation, subject to annexation of the Wal-Mart. tract, Vote was 4-0. William Rhees, 11 - Meadow Crest Addition Grimmett made a motion to recommend annexation of this tract, subject to annexation of the Wal-Mart tract. Holt seconded the motion. Vote was 4-0.
