Objectives, Standards & Principles:
Staff and Planning Commission Members discussed the standards and
principles to be incorporated in the Comprehensive Plan, in general.
C. J. StriLnger - request to use city park area to build a private drive to a
proposed garage.
in discussion it was pointed out that the proposal may violate the
restrictive covenants of the subdivision and that public lands cannot
be converted for private use. It was also pointed out that previous
requests for use of Payola Park for the same purpose have been denied.
On Motion of Groth, the Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend to
the City Council that the request be denied.
Council Proposed Yearly Goals 04-05�
There being no objections, the City Council Proposed Yearly Goals
('74-'75) was continued until November 21, 1974.
There being no furcher business, the Chair declared the meeting adjourned at
9:15 p,m.
