MINUTES, There being no objections, the Minutes of March 7, 1974, and March 21, 1974, were APPROVED as written, Vote was 3-0; all for, motion carried, ZONING CASES 01-1 John Sublett - NW/corner 86th Street North and 129th East Avenue - I . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . This case was continued from the March 21, 1974, meeting because the subject tract was not in the Owasso City Limits at that time. (The subject tract was annexed April 2, 1974, Ordinance #171) John Sublett, applicant, was present and represented the developers. He presented three () maps showing the tract's relationship to the surrounding area, the pro-- posed land use and the proposed zoning classifications. Mr. Sublett also presented to the Planning Commission the following instruments. (1) Zoning Application Summary (Exhibit "A") (2) Addendum to Summary & Legal Description (Exhibit -B-) (3) Map of Proposed Zoning (Exhibit "C"', (4) Map of Proposed Land Use (Exhibit Q-) Mt. Sublett stated that the density of the proposed project (fully developed) woul(1'. be approximately 4.0 to 6.0 units per acre. The number of total units would range from approximately 1,200 to 1,700 dw elling units for the entire 309 neres, Nk. Sublett also stated that the existing lake on the property would be kept as open space for the residents of Lhe property. The total amount of land that would be left as open space is 41.2 acres (approximately 13% of the 309 acres), Mr. James King and Mr. Paul Hanna were present and asked many questions about the proposed development of the tract,, There was much discussion among the Planning Commission members and the applicant over the proposed schedule of development; the problem of getting sanitary sewer to the tract; and what type of facilities will be included in the open space area Hbtion was made by John G•oth and seconded by Warren Burdine to APPROVE as per Staff recommendation except that the RM-2 tract at the AN/corner of 86th Street North and 129th East Avenue remain RM-2 as requested. Vote was 3-0; all for, motion carried. SPECIAL 1TEHS & I TSCUSSION continued review of proposed zoning code. This discussion will concentrate mainly on Chapters 12, 13, 15 and 16. (Chapter 14, Board of Adjustment, will be taken up at the Nhy 2 meeting.) The Planning Commission discussed Chapters 12, 13, 15 and 16 of the proposed zon-- ing code. discussion of proposed By•Laws for Citizen Corru.-nittee was continued, discussion of membership for the workshop groups concerning the Comprehensive Plan was continued, General Goals - discussion of the General Goals for the MRjor Planning Areas was continued, There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p= ATTEST: Secretary Date Approved Chairman
