1. Chairman Borgna called the meeting to order at 4. :05 p.m., and,
2. declared a quorum present,
3,,, The reading of the minutes of August 149 1985 was dispensed with due to
the fact that board members reviewed copies sent in the mail, M. Eckel
moved approval of the minutes as written. L. Trammel seconded the motion.
Aye. Adams, Helm, Eckel, Trammel and Borgna.
Nay: None.

Chairman Borgna reviewed the case history and staff evaluation:

'located on this CG zoned tract® To the north is Sue's Gun and Ammo,
Jones Music Center and Kelly's Meat and Cheese Barn® These busines-
ses are zoned CG® To the south is vacant CG zoned property® To the
west is vacant RD zoned property. To the east, across Garnett Road,
is the German Acres Commercial Center®
To grant a Special Exception, the Board must find that the ex-
ception "....will be in harmony with the spirit and intent of the
code, and will not be injurious to the neighborhood or otherwise
detrimental to the public welfare." Section 1480.3.

Pete MrAlvain, the applicant, presented his case. He stated the following:
1m Would have a 40' x 50° porch
2. Would be fully skirted,,
I Would have approved tie downs attached,
0 Will see mobile home as soon as he gets a chance
5� Will put in something permanent within six months.
After discussion Pa Heim roved to approve the request for o period not to
exceed six months, M. Eckel seconded the motion

Nay: done.
Motion carried 5-0 -0.
