Chairman Borgna called the meeting to order at 4. :05 p.m., and, 2. declared a quorum present, 3,,, The reading of the minutes of August 149 1985 was dispensed with due to the fact that board members reviewed copies sent in the mail, M. Eckel moved approval of the minutes as written. L. Trammel seconded the motion. Aye. Adams, Helm, Eckel, Trammel and Borgna. Nay: None. Chairman Borgna reviewed the case history and staff evaluation: The applicant req ' uest a Special Exception to allow placement of n a pre-constructed sa of f 4 C les I I - (mobile home) on property located at 11226 North Mingo Valley Expressway, Pete's Auto Sales is 'located on this CG zoned tract® To the north is Sue's Gun and Ammo, Jones Music Center and Kelly's Meat and Cheese Barn® These busines- ses are zoned CG® To the south is vacant CG zoned property® To the west is vacant RD zoned property. To the east, across Garnett Road, is the German Acres Commercial Center® To grant a Special Exception, the Board must find that the ex- ception "....will be in harmony with the spirit and intent of the code, and will not be injurious to the neighborhood or otherwise detrimental to the public welfare."
