Helm nominated Mac Bor'gna for chairman. M. Eckel seconded the motion. C. Adams nominated Richard Helm for vice-chairman. la Eckel seconded the motion. the Board voted an the two nominations as one motion. Aye: Eckel, Helm, Por °gna and Adams. Nay: None. Motion carried rl. -O.mO. NEW AND GENERAL BUSINESS 5o Clay Planner, Carol Dickey announced that the City of Owasso had created the position of a full -time, in -house Assistant City Manager /City Plan- ner and that Jim Dunlap, currently the INCOG planner for Bixby would he assuming that position around August 1, 19858 She Mated that she would he administering ether programs with I:NCOG and would no longer be Owasso City Planner. She thanked the Board for their long standing sup- port and encouraged them to continue their concern for the city and their excellent decisions, Board members expressed their appreciation for her hard work and recom- mendations and their regret that she was transferring from Owasso, Chairman Borgna stated that he would add a letter of appreciation from the Board to these minutes and send it to the Council, City Manager and 1NCOGe There being no further business to Consider, R. Helm moved to adjourn the meeting. C. Adams seconded the motion. Aye: Borgna, Adams, Eckel and Helm, Nay: None, Motion carried 4-0-0. The meeting was adjourned at 4:08 p,m, . TEST: _ � �
