The Mingo Valley Expressway right -of -way abuts the tract on the south. The proposed uses are allowed under Use Unit 4 in an RM -2 district by Special Exception, All three proposed uses for this location are a result of extensive planning and design in order to provide the entire community with more efficient community facilities that will be conducive to further growth of the city. Ron Cates, City Attorney explained the application, the proposed water tower and plans for a fire and ambulance station to be located there in the future. Board members discussed details of the application with Mr. Cates and with Lee Dawson, acting City Manager. R„ Helm moved approval of the Special Exception for a water tower, fire station and ambulance station„ L. Trammel seconded the motion. Aye: Helm, Trammel, Borgna and Eckel Nay: None.
