4. OBOA-52 - Smith Medical Clinic
Chairman Borgna reviewed the case history and discussed the staff
evaluation with the applicants
-
The app licant requests a variance of Section 1130 of the
Zoning Code to allow an extensin of time for paving a parking
lot with an all-weather material. The parking lot will ac-
company a doctor's office building currently under construction.
A convenience store abuts the property an the north. Vacant
commercial property lies to the east, and vacant duplex pro--
perty lies to the south. To the west lie a drainageway and a
church. The only access to the property is from 123rd East Ave.
along the east border.
In deciding this case the Board should consider:
1. Whether it is appropriate to grant an extension
of time for completing building requirements.
2. What length time limit would be reasonable to ex-
pect the parking lot to be paved.
