Dickey Mac - Leon Trainmel Gary White .I., Chairman Borgna called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.lrf)., and, 2, declared a quorum present, 3a The reading of the minutes of May 17, 1982, was dispensed with due to the fact that Board members reviewed copies sent in the mail.. R. Helm moved to approve the minutes as written. G. White seconded the motion. Aye Helm, Tramictiel, Borgna and White. Nay.- None, Motion carried 4-0--0,. PUBLIC REHEARING 4 OBOA-61 BudRett Industries Chairman Borgna reviewed the case history and Mr. Harker, applicant, re- ported that the screening fence on the northeast corner of the property had been completed, all material was inside the building and the asphalt parking lot would be hard the next day. He agreed that if be wished to store some pipe outside he would locate it behind a 20' opaque screening fence. Ile stated all other BOA requirements had been completed. Board members discussed the application and the site plan with Mr. Harker. R. Helm moved to approve the application per the previously stated re- quirements being completed. G. White seconded the motion. Aye: Helm, White, Trammel and Borgna, Nay: None. Motion carried 4-0-0. PUBLIC BEARING 5. TCBOA-207 Referral - Rev. Don Dorsey Staff reviewed the case history stating the application was for a Special Exception to allow a church in an AG district, The tract is located SE of the SE/c of 96th St. N. and 129th E. Ave. Rev. Dorsey stated that they were seeking approval of the church use before spending money to draw up site or building plans, He stated that his church was on Main St. in Owasso now and that it might be some time before a new church was built. A nearby resident, Michael Wood, stated that he was not opposed to the application, but wanted to know if it would change the zoning in the area, He was told that it would not. It was noted that a church use could be a buffer between commercial use on the corner and residential use in the interior of the section. L. Trammel moved to recommend to the Tulsa County Board approval of the church use subject to a site plan being reviewed and approved prior to the issuance of a building permit, R. Helm seconded the motion. Aye: Trammel, Helm, White and Borgna, Nay: None, Motion carried 4-0-0. There being no further business to consider, R. Helm moved to adjourn the meeting, G, White seconded the motion, Aye: Helm, Borgna, Trammel and White, Nay: None. Motion carried 4-0-0, The meeting was adjourned at 4:22 p�m.
