16 Chairman Borgna called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., and,
2n declared a quorum present,,
3. The reading of the minutes of April 28, 1982, was dispensed with due to the
fact that Board members reviewed copies sent in the mail.,. L. Trammel moved
to approve the minutes as written, R. Helm seconded the motion.,

Because the applicant had not yet arrived, the Board continued this case
until later in the agenda.

Staff reviewed the case history, Because the application had been received
so late there was not enough time to notify the applicant or surrounding
property owners. Application information is attached to these minutes.
Board members discussed the case and voiced several matters to be considered.
K The request be for a hardship situation, such as housing for an
ill or elderly parent.
2� The approval be granted for a specific period of time, such as
24 months with an option by the Board for review of the situa-
tion if a longer time period is requested.
3. The mobile home would not be used for any type of nonresidential
business.
4. The mobile home would be occupied by family members only,,

L. Trammel moved to recommend to the Tulsa County Board of Adjustment ap-
proval of the application subject to these considerations. R. Helm seconded

6. OBOk-41 Budaett Industries
The applicant, Henry Harker, was present and explained the progress that
had been made on the property, stating that they had cleared the property
and moved most of the materials inside the new building. He stated they
were constructing the screening fence along the north side of the property
and it would be finished in two weeks, He also requested permission to
construct a 20' long fence south from the southeast corner of the building
in order to store additional pipe behind it. He wished to delay construc-,

members held a lengthy discussion with the applicant concerning timing and
the importance of complying with the Board's requirements,
L. Tammel moved to continue action on this case until Wednesday, June 9,
1.982 at which Lime all requirements of the board will have been met. In
addition, the northeast fence will be completed within two weeks and all
materials would be inside the building. Commissioners will receive a
written report from Mr. Harker in two weeks (June 2) describing the progress
that has been made, R. Helm seconded the motion.

Motion carried 3-0-0.
There being no further business to consider, R, Helm moved to adjourn the
meeting. L. Trammel seconded the motion,
