The applicant requests a variance of the building line setback
from 25' to 20' on the north side of Lot 1, Block 10, Ator Heights
IV Addition, located at the SE/c of Main and N. 19th Street. The
lot has 25' building lines on both the north and west boundaries,
plus a 15' easement along the eastern (rear) boundary. There is
also a sideyard setback requirement on the south between the sub-
ject lot and lot 2.
The members of the TAG have stated no objections to granting
the variance. The Board should consider whether the granting of
the variance would have any detrimental effects on abutting and
nearby properties.
A general discussion with Mr. Rogers followed concerning the placement of
the house on the lot, R. Helm moved to approve the 5' setback variance.
L. Trammel seconded the motion.
