Robbie Fickle Carol Dickey Richard Helm Gary White Mae Borgna. 1, Chairman Borgna called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m., and, 2, declared a quorum present, 3. The reading of the minutes of March 3, 1982, was dispensed with due to the fact that Board members reviewed copies sent in the mail. R. Heim moved to approve the minutes as written. G. White seconded the motion,, Aye: Helm, White, Trammel and Borgna. Nay: None,, Motion carried 4-0-09 PUBLIC HEARING V OBO&-44 Discovery Homes, Inc. The lot has 25' building lines on both the north and west boundaries, plus a 15' easement along the eastern (rear) boundary. There is also a sideyard setback requirement on the south between the sub- ject lot and lot 2. The members of the TAG have stated no objections to granting the variance. The Board should consider whether the granting of the variance would have any detrimental effects on abutting and nearby properties. A general discussion with Mr. Rogers followed concerning the placement of the house on the lot, R. Helm moved to approve the 5' setback variance. L. Trammel seconded the motion. Aye: Helm, Trammel, White and Borgna. Nay: None, Motion carried 4-0-0. Trammel moved to approve an emergency on OBOA-44. G. White seconded the motion. Aye: Trammel, White, Borgna and Helm, Nay: None. Motion carried 4-0-0. There being no further business to consider, R. Helm moved to adjourn the meeting. L. Trammel seconded the motion. Aye: Trammel, White, Nay: None. Motion carried 4-0-0. ATTEST: Secretary Helm and Borgna. The meeting was adjourned at 4:09 p�m.
