4. B A -06 -06 -� A request for a variance to reduce the required parking spaces to
accommodateda commercial development on property zoned CS (Commercial Shopping
District).
.Toe Ramey presented the item. Chip reviewed the staff report and described the property
location. The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required parking spaces to
accommodate a commercial development. This request would equal a 1:187 parking
ratio; the zoning code calls for a 1:100. Letters were mailed to all property owners
within thr °ec- hundred feet and the request was advertised in the Owasso reporter, Staff

recommends approval of OBOA-06-06. Mr. Hollis Allen discussed the hours of
operation.
Trish Hauser moved to approve OBOA 06 -06. lien Foster seconded the motion, A vote
on the motion was recorded as follows:

to 5 feet in order to accommodate a single farnily home,
Joe Rarney presented the item. Chip reviewed the staff report and described the property
location. The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required 10' side yard
setback to 5' in order to accorrinii.od ate a single. Emily home. L -Aters were mailed to all
property owners within hrcc- hundred feet and the request was advertised- irr the Owasso
Reporter. Staff -recorrimerrds approval of OBOA. 06 - - -07, The applicant and property
owner, Mr. Robert Soden was present to answer any questions.
Derr Foster moved to approve OBOA 06- -07, David Hall seconded the motion. A vote:, on
the motion was recorded as follows:

Toe Ramey presented the item, ;'hip reviewed the staff report and described the property
location. The applicant is requesting a special exception to allow for a non - permanent
vendor in a commercial shopping district, Letters were mailed to all property owners
within three - hundred feet and the request was advertised in the Owasso Reporter. Staff
recommends approval of OBOA 06 -08 subject to the following conditions.
1. All signage be reviewed by the City Staff to ensure the strict adherence to the
Owasso Sign Code,
2, The applicant must provide on -site trash receptacles.
The applicant must get annual approval from the City Manner prior to locating
the business on site,
David Hall moved to approve OBOA 06 -08 subject to the above staff conditions, Trish
Hauser seconded- the motion. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows:
AYE: Rainey, Hauser, Brown, foster, hall
