Chip reviewed the staff report and described the property location. The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required front yard setback to 20 feet in order to accommodate a single family residence. The City of Owasso has a 12' water transmission line that dissects the rear yard. The City of Owasso is acting as applicant in this request. Letters were mailed to all property owners within three - hundred feet and the request was advertised in the Owasso Reporter. Staff recommends approval of OBOA- 05-11. David Hall moved to approve OBOA 05 13. Trish Hauser seconded the motion. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: YE: Ramey, Hauser, Nall NAY: None The motion carried 3-0. 5.
