BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO,
OKLAHOMA-
SECTION 1. The City Council, after a Public Hearing held hereon, hereby determines
the evidence presented supports the following findings of fact, to-wit:
I The Proposal meets the adopted Comprehensive Plan for the City of Owasso;
and,
2, The Proposal meets identified housing needs found in the City of Owasso; and,
3. The Application and the Market Study accompanying the Application contains
no errors, inconsistencies or omissions that affect the validity of the findings of
the Market Study; and,
4. The Applicant has shown evidence of a commitment to use the tax credits, if
allocated, through a syndication commitment, financing commitment or other
similar agreement; and,
9. The Applicant has met and complied with the threshold requirements, selection
criteria, financial feasibility analysis, and additional requirements contained in
OHFA's Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Rules.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby concludes as a matter of law that the I
zpplication is in accordance with and compliance with the provisions of the OHFA Lola
�,p'� , �ousing Tax Credit Program Rules.

PRESENT: BODE, WILLIAMS, VOSS, BARNHOUSE, WILKEN
Thereupon, the following resolution was introduced and caused to be read by the City
Clerk. Councilmember BODE moved passage of the Resolution and Councilmember
BARNUOUSE Seconded the motion. The motion carrying with it the approval of said
Resolution was approved by the following vote:
AYE: BODE, BARNHOUSE, WILLIATZS, VOSS, WILKEN
