Consider Approval of the Minutes of the March 25, 2003 Regular Meeting. David
Hall moved to approve the minutes of March 25, 2003. Ken poster seconded the motion,

subject property is located at 12105 Fast 79 "' Court North.
Robert requested the item be tabled until proper legal notification is posted. He explained
that the legal description of the property was not stated on the Notice of Public hearing or
the notice sent to the surrounding property owners. Ken Foster had concerns with the
applicant needing approval in a timely manner due to a contract time limit. Robert stated
that he had spoken with each applicant and there would be no problems.
