A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: AYE. Ramey, Foster, Hall, lgarta, "Tapp NAY: None The motion carried 5-;0. da 0BOA- 02 -12_-- L!jrisjophei° Seal -- A request for a Variance of the Owasso Zoning Code, Section 630, Bulb and Area Requirements in a Commercial District to allow for the creation of a commercial lot on property zoned CS (Commercial Shopping Center). The subject property is described as the easterly 92' of Lot 2, Bloch 1, Owasso Market II, further described as being located near the intersections of E. 96th Street Forth and North 121" E. Avenue, Owasso, OIL, Tim Looney presented the item and the property location was described. He explained that the subject site is developed and provides mutual vehicular access to the Lowe's and Wal -Mart properties. The Planning Commission approved a lot split at their June 10, 2002 meeting. It is clear that the lot will not develop any further than its current state as a drive isle due to the amount of easement coverage. Staff is recommending approval of the Variance request, allowing the creation of a commercial lot that is 92 feet in width. Jim Igarta moved approve the variance request, Vicki Tapp seconded the motion. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: AYE: Ramey, Foster, Hall, Igarta, 'Tapp NAY: Done The motion carried 5 - -0. Tim presented the item to the Con- imissioner.s. The applicants are requesting a variance; in order to allow for the construction of an ire- ground pool in the side /rear yard. Setters were Mailed to surrounding property owners within 300' and the request was advertised in the Owasso Reporter on June 13, 2002. No objections to the request have been received. Staff recommends approval of the Variance request, Ken roster moved approve the variance request, Jinn Igarta seconded the motion. A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: AYE: Ramey, Lester, Hall, lgarta, 'Tapp NAY: None The motion carried- 5a0, 6a ADJOURNMENT -Vicki Tapp moved for adjournment, seconded by David lull, A vote on the motion was recorded as follows: AYE: Ramey, Foster, Mall, Igarta, Tapp NAY: Done The motion was approved 5--0 and the meeting was adjourned at 6.20 PM.
