Mr. Morris stated that the Homeowners Association will hire a pool company to maintain. Dues will be included in the yearly Homeowners Association fee. He also stated that the liability of the swimming pool will remain with the developer until the association is organized. Staff recommends approval of OBOA -02 -01 to allow for a neighborhood swimming pool on Lot 16, dock 6, The Willows of Silver Creek.
