CARL TO ORDER--- Joe Ramey called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM and declared a
quorum present.

BOARD Off' ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING
4. OA -0I -I9 -- Chin ley Associates 6 A request for a Special Exception of the
(Owasso Zoning Code Chapter 10, Section 1002.3, "Areawide Special Use Exceptions" to
alloy for a construction job trailer in a RS -2 /PUD zoning district. 'The subject properly is
described as Lot 9, Block 2, Preston Lakes and is Located at 8915 N 149 "' E Avenue.

The item was presented and the location described. A special exception was approved on
November 28, 2000 for the job trailer to be located on Lot 18, Bloch 2. The Owasso
Zoning Code limits the length of a construction job trailer to two years in the same
location. Notification letters were mailed to surrounding property owners and legal
notification was published in the Owasso Reporter. Staff received no calls concerning
this request. Staff recommends approval subject to the termination date of December- 31,
2003.
David Hall moved to approve the above special exception request subject to the
termination date of December 31, 2003, Jim Igarta seconded the motion.

OBOA-01-20 - Dion Moore - -- A request for a Special Exception of the Owasso Zoning
Code Chapter 6, Section 610, "Permitted Uses in Commercial Districts' to allow for a
fill- service car wash in a CS (Commercial Shopping) zoning district. The subject
property is described as the Booth Half of Lot 1, Block 2, Owasso Market 11 and is
located north of E. 96 "' Street N, and west of N. 119"' E avenue, (Ward 1)
Donna presented the item and described the property location, She explained that car
washes are listed- under tTse Unit 17 "Automotive and Allied Activities"', therefore,
subject to the approval from the Board of Adjustment. Notification letters were mailed to
surrounding property owners and the legal notification was published in the Owasso
Reporter. Staff received no calls concerning this request. Staff recommends approval of
OBOA..01. -20.

the motion.
