Foster moved to approve the minutes of February 22, 2000, Jim lgarta seconded.

4. A -00 03 -- Bete Colva d _. A rearrest for a Special Exception of the Owasso
Zoning Code to allow for a Non Permanent accessory Vendor in a CS (Commercial
Shopping Center) zoning district. The subject property is described as a portion of Lot
3, Block 9, Ater heights Third Addition; further described as being located
immediately east of Larry's Fried Chicken.
Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
1. 5ignage be limited to that which is affixed to the structure itself.
2. Obtain vendor license from the City Clerk's office.
Jinn lgarta moved to approve the special exception subject to the above recommendations,
Merl foster seconded the motion.

allow for a deviation in the required front: yard setback ir:r an R.S -2 Zoning District. The
subject property is described as Lot 7, Block 2, Caudle Estates; further described as

`firms. Rooney presented the ease to the Board Members, T' he applicant is requesting a.
Variance in order to allow for the continued encroachment ofd feet into the front yard
setback. This encroachment is requested in order to be located farther away from the
utility easement and sewer main in the rear yard. Letters were sent to surrounding
property owners within 300' and the legal ad was published in the Owasso Reporter.
Staff has riot received any objections regarding the :request:.
Vicki Tapp moved to approve the variance, Ken Foster seconded the rriotiou.

6. OA-00 -05 JDwight & Kp(h Len Pederson m A request .for a Variance of the Owasso
Zoning Code to allow for an accessory structure greater than 750 square feet. The subject
property is described as Lot 17, Bloch 5, Hillside Estates, further described as 95 15 E.
113`h Street North.
Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
1. The color of the garage shall match the existing dwelling.
2. The roof height of the new structure shall be limited to that which is equal
to or less than the height of the roof on the existing dwelling.
Ken Foster moved to approve the variance subject to the above recommendations, Jim
lgarta seconded the motion.
