Ken Foster withdrew his first motion and presented the following rrtotion to the
Members:
Ken Foster moved to approve the Jt-ine %, 1999 Special Meetings minutes and to € xcept the
additional comments which were presented, Vicki Tapp seconded the motion.

owners within 300'. One letter was received the day of this meeting and Mr, Warliek

the Members have if problems do arise. Mr. War°lick suggested the possibility of
reviewing the case in Jane of 2000,

5. O A -99-18 A rearrest from Dan Gibson on behalf of the Owasso Girls Softball
Association, to deviate from the establish 11 000 PM curfew at the Owasso Sports Park
for the nights of august 4 "' 5th 6th, and 7 "' in order to host a National softball
tournament. The subject property is described as 10320 E 115 " Street North, Owasso,
Oklahoma,

notification were mailed, No calls or comments have been received concerning this
request. The applicant, Mr. Darn. Gibson was present to answer any concerns regarding;
the request. a-1e stated that there would be no games starting after 9:00 per;, that way the
games should be over approximately 11:00 pia Ile also discussed the possibility of

property owner was present to express his favor of the tournament, He stated that the
lights have never bother him and the toua°nament, has never been a problem as afar as he is
concerned,
Joe Ramey moved to approve tfie Special Exception subject 'to the above staff condiho'ns
and recommendations, Dewey Brown seconded the motion,

6, OBOA-99-1.9 -- A requestfrorn Diana Dean, applicant, for a Special Exception oftbe
Owasso Zoning Code - chapter 10, Section 1002 - Area Wide Special Exception rises -
to allow for a popcorn stand in a shopping center on property currently coned CS
(Shopping Center) Zoning District, "The property is described as Lot 1, Block 1, Clary
Plaza Addition and is located on the north side of E 86c' Street N in the parking lot of
Reasor's Grocery, 1.1815 E 86`x' Street N, Owasso, Oklahoma.
1, That the trailer be placed so that its operation does not obstruct driving aisles,

1 That a trash receptacle be placed at the site during the hours of business operation,
4. That the applicant obtains a vendor license from the City Clerk's office.
5. That the facility be removed from the site at the close of the sales season,
Ken Foster moved to table this item in order to give the applicant time to receive
verification from the store manager as the placement of the trailer and so that the
applicant has ample time to plan on attending the next meeting, Vicki Tapp seconded the
motion.
